It is very encouraging to see that our new premier Danielle Smith has provided Jeremy Nixon the minister of Seniors, Community and Social Services with a list of mandated priorities, and that the people we serve and those who provide the services are named as priorities. Mentoring
WIN employees have opportunities to grow and develop their skills. In addition to our in house training, we encourage and support senior staff to mentor and train other staff.
