Community Access

Our Community Access program supports adults with intellectual disabilities to take part in meaningful activities in their community. Support focuses on building skills, relationships, and confidence in everyday life outside the home.

Who this program is for

  • Adults who want support during the day or in the community

  • People who enjoy social, recreational, or skill-building activities

  • Individuals who benefit from structure, encouragement, and connection

What support looks like

Support is based on each person’s interests and goals and may include:

  • Community outings and recreational activities

  • Life skills development

  • Volunteering or participation in local programs

  • Social connection and relationship building

  • Some individuals may also take part in our LEAP Program

Our approach

We focus on creating positive, inclusive experiences where people feel safe, supported, and encouraged to try new things. Relationships, choice, and respect guide how support is provided.
